The actress is famous for her roles in the role of Judy Kramer in Point Pleasant the 2005 show on Fox and as Marcy Bender in Dawson's Creek. In the Guiding Light soap show, she appeared as Marina Cooper. This role was a winner of an award by Soap Opera Digest in 2003, for the Outstanding newcomer. Dollar played in ABC's Women's Murder Club as Cindy Thomas between 2007 and in 2008. Dollar starred as Happy Valley, a pilot for NBC in 2012. The show never renewed.
