Elizabeth Andrea Bitsie Tulloch (born January 19 1981) was an American actress. Most famous for her role as Juliette Silverton/Eve in the NBC TV series Grimm. Tulloch was born in Spain, Uruguay and Argentina. Her birthplace and raised in San Diego California. Tulloch is known by the name of Bitsie, which is not an abbreviation of her first name Elizabeth. This is a reference to a nickname that was given to her father during World War II who also participated in the Goldsboro B52, a crash. Tulloch's acting career started with her being given the moniker Bitsie. It continued to be so until 2017 in which Tulloch decided to use Elizabeth. When I meet new people I will introduce myself to them using Bitsie. I liked the name when I began acting in my 20s. The method worked well when I was in my 20s. However, now as I'm in my mid 30s, I think I would like to try it again, but with payment. It was a film I was making and it actually hadnt even been thought of. It was Elizabeth while filling in your legal documents. Is that the way you want billing? As I began to contemplate the issue, I called up my manager and agent. Both of them said yes. Age has shifted. And Bitsie is clearly a sort of adorable name. It is cutesy. This is all there was to it. This isn't like introducing myself as Elizabeth today. Just for future billing. The ancestry of Tulloch is Scottish with Spanish influences. Tulloch affirms her belief that Spanish was her first one, yet she's not proficient in Spanish. The paternal grandparents of Tulloch's father are native to Renfrewshire in Scotland, while her grandfathers were from the area close to Kirkwall. In an article published by BBC News, she stated that that the Tullochs came to the US in 1880. The Kerrs were among them in the middle of the century. After returning to the U.S. she went to middle and high school at Bedford New York.
